  Howard and the guys are on vacation this week for Thanksgiving. They're playing a marathon of Master Tape Theatre shows (two a day) this week.   Howard and the guys are on vacation this week for Thanksgiving. They're playing a marathon of Master Tape Theatre shows (two a day) this week. I'll post shows that are in my archives but I won't be writing up any that aren't already in the archives. Today's shows included the March 29, 1990 and May 2, 1995 Howard Stern Shows. Neither of these full shows were in my archives. I have a couple of segments from the 1990 show written up from This Date in Howard History segments but that's it.

  I will not be writing up these two shows today. I'm sorry but I'm no longer putting time and effort into writing up anything that isn't a live show. My plea for help to save the site has basically been ignored over the past few months so I'm close to giving up completely.

  I had a short write up of the 1997 show but the 1992 show was not in my archives. I'm sorry but I'm no longer putting time and effort into writing up anything that isn't a live show. My plea for help to save the site has basically been ignored over the past few months so I'm close to giving up completely.

• Howard Receives Replica Penis From ''Boogie Nights''. 10/24/97. 6:40am
  The guys who designed the prosthetic penis that Mark Wahlberg wears in the movie ''Boogie Nights'' came in to present Howard with a replica. The movie deals with adult films in the 1970's and Wahlberg plays a character with a huge penis. The guys from KNB Effects Group produced a brand new prosthetic from the same mold used for the movie. They presented it to Howard this morning. Howard took it and stuck it in his pants to see what it would be like to have a big penis. He felt proud. He was looking in a mirror and said that he was now standing erect. No more hunching over...he was proud. He said that if he was actually that big he'd do the show with it hanging out.

• Ed Asner On The Phone. 10/24/97. 7:05am
  A few years ago Howard talked to Ed Asner about a guy on death row. Ed and some other celebrities were trying to save the guy from the death penalty for some reason. Today Howard talked to Mr. Asner because the guy he was trying to save was killed by lethal injection this week. Howard kind of wanted to rub it in. Mr. Asner seems to think that Howard is evil because he believes in the death penalty. They spoke for a little while about the whole thing but there are so many details about the case that it's hard to keep track.

• Jenny McCarthy Comes In. 10/24/97. 7:25am
  The beautiful yet, annoying as hell Jenny McCarthy came in this morning to plug her book ''Jen-X'' which is in stores now. Jenny has avoided Howard's show in the past because she was afraid that her mother would find out about her breast implants. In the mean time her mother found out because she's not as dumb as Jenny thought. Jenny was co-host of ''Singled Out'' on MTV for a few seasons before getting her own show on NBC this season. And before all of that she was a Playboy Playmate. She seemed to be a little bit toned down this morning. She wasn't quite as annoying as she usually is. Howard spent about 30 minutes or so with her talking about everything from her bathroom habits to how many sex partners she's had. She turned out to be a better guest than I thought she would. She didn't hesitate to talk about anything that Howard asked her. Jenny also has a sister who is a huge fan of Howard's. That sister, Lynette, called in because Jenny was supposed to bring her to meet Howard. Jenny said she has been doing so much that she didn't think it was a good time for her to come in. Lynette also has breast implants by the way. Howard crammed a hell of a lot into the 30 minute segment. It was overwhelming. Jenny's manager is also her boyfriend. He's 49 years old, she's 24. Howard talked to him for a little bit also. Most of the stuff they talked about is in the ''Jen-X'' book.

• The Mike Walker Game. 10/24/97. 8:15am
  No time wasted today, they got right to the game since there was so much happening on the show. Here are the 4 stories, one of which is false.
  1. John Travolta has been upset lately because he almost bought an airplane like the one John Denver was flying when he crashed and died.
  2. A woman who locked her keys in her car one evening was helped out by a man in a baseball cap. The man broke into her car with the oil dipstick. The woman didn't know who it was until she got in her car and the light shined on his face. It turned out to be Kevin Costner.
  3. Comedian Drew Carey was heckled by some guy at a comedy club. The guy was kicked out but waited for Carey outside. They got in a fight but when Drew tackled him to the ground the guy said he was just upset because he was having marital problems. Drew, the nice guy that he is, drove the guy home.
  4. David Hasslehoff from ''Baywatch'', who's a big music star in Germany, wants to get his singing career going in the U.S. So he wants his character to start singing in nightclubs on the show. The other producers of the show say no way.
  Stuttering John was playing today and he chose number 2 as the false story, Jackie also chose number 2, Robin chose 4 and Howard picked number 1. The actual false story was number 2.

• Tommy Lee On The Phone. 10/24/97. 8:40am
  Howard talked to Tommy Lee about the home video he recently watched. Howard was amazed by the stolen tape of Tommy Lee and his wife Pamela Lee. The tape was stolen from Pam and Tommy's home not too long ago and now it's made it's way on to the web. The tape was home video shot by Tommy and Pam while doing things together including having sex. Tommy has a huge penis and Howard is very impressed with the size of it. Today he called it ''The eighth wonder of the world''. Howard spent 25 minutes talking to Tommy about the tape and how entertaining it was. Howard thinks that it's wrong to steal something so personal but he couldn't stop watching it. He even told Tommy that he showed it to a couple of guys last night. Tommy said that he couldn't talk much about who stole it or what's being done about it but he's got some people working on it. Tommy is out touring with Motley Crue right now. Pamela will be on the show next week.

• Mark Harris Comes In. 10/24/97. 9:20am
  The always annoying Mark Harris and his ex-boyfriend David from Germany came in this morning. They were supposed to perform some of their horrible music on the show but they lost a cassette tape or some crap like that. David is a violinist that Mark had a short relationship with a few months ago. They're not doing that anymore and David says that he's not gay and he's not bi-sexual although he did do things to Mark when they met. They said that they sleep in the same bed even now but they don't do anything to each other. These two will be back on November 11 to perform their horrible music so I won't waste any more space writing about it today.
