Famous bad-ass that Howard both respects and fears. Appeared on the HBO series ''Oz''. Member of the Hell's Angels. Once had to make Howard apologize for comments made about the Hell's Angels. He also suggested that Howard not talk about them anymore. Punched out AJ Benza with one hit after AJ disrespected him. Once punched out Jean-Claude Van Damme at Scores for being too aggressive with the strippers. Chuck tried out with his own show on Howard 101 in November 2006.
