Ray Stern
Howard's mother. Has an irritating voice that has been ringing in Howard's ears his whole life. She calls Howard on the air quite often but the converstaion usually becomes about whether or not she ever gave Howard's dad oral sex. Sound clips of her saying ''No!'', ''Ohhh!'' and many others are played often on the show.
