A Stern ''hanger-on'' who loves to be with people from the show also known as the ''bloated attorney'' because of his very large size... He's fat. Dominic is a semi-famous attorney who has defended people like Joey Buttafuoco and Jessica Hahn. Close enough friend of Howard's that he gets invited to Scores parties. Lets Howard use his vacation home in the Hamptons. Always calling the show offering money for bets and collateral. His ''phlegmy'' voice is often mocked by Howard and Fred.
