Chef Bobby
Chef who used to prepare Howard's breakfast/lunch each day. Howard started using him in September of 1999 after tasting some of his tuna fish wich was prepared with yogurt and fruit instead of mayonaise. Chef Bobby's cafe is in the same building as Howard's studio (when he was at K-Rock).
